Disclaimer

Citizens for Justice will often select a subject case then investigate it to the best of our abilities and then post relevant stories. All visitors to this site, after having read a case study, are able to render judgment on who they feel is guilty, and how the guilty should be punished.

Case Acceptance
Citizens for Justice accepts stories only from persons with legitimate email or actual addresses but will not publish addresses on this site without author’s permission.

By submitting stories to Citizens for Justice, authors automatically agree to release and discharge Citizens for Justice from any and all claims now or in future for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or other violation arising out of or relating to the publications of their stories.

In the interest of justice, if the opposing party to a case presented here, submits a story to us, we will be happy to print it, provided that it meets the same quality standards expected of the originator of the case.

Citizens for Justice is merely providing space to the originators of stories that we feel, through their telling, subject matter or handling may at some time benefit the general public. As to the allegations in the stories, Citizens for Justice makes no claim as to their truth or falsity. In the interests of justice, we will always ask the opposing party for confirmation of the allegations. In some cases, it may be that the opposing party has chosen not to participate and it will be so noted.
