Ten months ago I started the ball rolling to refinance my mortgage. I did the application process and followed every rule IndyMac bank through at me. I waited and waited for them to approve the re-fi, thinking it was easy based on what the administration was saying and other people. No response from the bozos at the bank in the first 2 months. I called again and again until I was blue in the face. They told me I never filed the papers, then they said they lost them, then another person said I didn't sign the papers and still another told me I filled them out wrong. How can this be done to so many people. As it stand now, I am facing eviction because they don't want to do the refinancing (and offer no reason why other than the fact they can get away with it.

I know I'm not the only one facing this. Anyone else out there wanting to get the ball rolling on this post?
