It is time we had an equal share of the recovery. For the first time we have a president and government that cares about the common person. Let’s ban together and be heard. Divided IndyMac / One West Bank will crush all our hopes and dreams, UNITED we can make it a fair fight. We all need each other’s help.

If you are being unfairly treated, foreclosed on, already evicted or have had any other unfair dealings with IndyMac / One West Bank please join us. Our membership is free and it could be the only way to get a fair shake.

Fact is IndyMac / One West Bank has received help from the government to stabilize the failing bank and help their customers. Instead it is my opinion that One West Bank must be using the money for management and is saying to people like me let’s crush the little people. We are going to find out where every dime of government money went.

Through agents and attorneys I personally have been trying for 18 months to talk with IndyMac / One West Bank and they have all but said the H--- with me and my family. Other persons I now have contacted have similar problems. Yet others are current on their mortgage, but are paying 7% , 9% and higher, but want a lower rate. One West Bank knows they can not go get another loan in this market so instead of helping them by lowering their rate they are milking the loan for all they can and if one day they cannot pay the mortgage they will take the house . Still others have been forced out of their homes and lost all their belongings and they do not know their rights may have been violated. It is very possible the bank did not or does not have a clear path to a foreclosure by law. Perhaps the bank has violated federal laws you are not aware of. Even if you have already been evicted work with us you may be able to recoup money.

While every other bank is working to make deals with their customers and keep them in their houses, One West Bank is behaving like the 800 pound gorilla. It seems from my vantage point they are killing every dream they promised their customer. I would like to think differently of them, but their actions seem to suggest that One West Bank may be saying "let’s take as many homes and as much money from the customer as possible and get richer and richer. If we wreck families and home life styles, tough." It sure seems they are laughing at us because they know when closing papers were shoved in front of us and we were told to sign here we trusted the professional. We did what was asked, we signed the papers that were filled out by the bank. IndyMac muscled us into our mortgage and now it sure seems like One West Bank is once again using the same tactics under a different name. They pushed us into taking money and mortgages that may not have been wise for us and now One West Bank is pushing us out of our home and livelihood.

The worst part is they are using government money to build their 800 pound gorilla and the fact is One West Bank is using our tax money to build the 800 pound gorilla to crush us. Pretty ironic.

It is time to push back. Please fill out this form below. Do not be afraid of the 800 pound gorilla. We already have names with more on the way. I have an off shore team of tech personnel scouring court records to find every law suit IndyMac and One West Bank participated in. We will send this 800 pound gorilla back into hiding and send a message to the industry that the little people have joined.
